The US House of Representatives voted to repeal Obamacare. It was a symbolic vote by the Republicans to fulfill their campaign promises. Knowing that this bill cannot succeed, they certainly hope for a miracle to happen. What a waste of time and energy.  Clearly there is a  difference between rhetoric and reality. The Republican party has its share in governing America until the next election. As the Baganda of Uganda say, “If you waste time, surely time will waste you.”
