So far, Rod Blagojevich, the former Illinois governor accused of trying to sell President Obama‘s senate seat, was found guilty of only one count out of 23 charges against him. This is a big victory for a man who was publicly dragged through the mud.
Even though the sentence for lying to the FBI is still coming, the man should drink a glass of champagne. He has escaped the worst. As the Berber of Algeria say, “Beware: some liars tell the truth.”
