It is disturbing to know that fourteen people, mostly US citizens of Somali origin, have been indicted for supporting Al Shabaab, a terrorist group linked to Al-Qaeda.

The massive humanitarian asylum given by the US to Somalis was given with good faith. Somalia is one of the poorest countries in the world. The US intentions were good, but they are dealing with American Muslims, many of whom clearly do not appreciate the opportunities that this country has to offer.  

This should be a wake-up call for those who believe that building a mosque near ground zero in New York is a good idea. For sure, America will get hit again by terrorists from inside. As the Berber of Algeria say, “Better a thousand enemies outside the house than one inside.”
