President Obama’s approval rate is going down. The economy is getting better but not to the point where the American people want it to be. People are losing patience and that is not fair! We all agree that even superman couldn’t do better in this global economic crisis.

Since Obama was sworn in as president, he has received an average of thirty death threats a day, anti-government militia groups are on the rise, unemployment is still high, and the health care reform efforts have become a tool of misinformation for the conservatives and interest groups.

In bad times, people have a tendency to forget easily the good things. The change that we all expected after the Bush regime is struggling to come. Change cannot happen overnight, no matter who the president is — a Democrat or Republican. One day there is good news, the next day comes bad news. Does President Obama sleep at night out of worry? As the Ntomba-Bolia of Congo say, “he who takes a hut takes the rats and cockroaches.”
