Definitely, the Islamic Republic of Iran will not be the same country after days of successive protests over the disputed election. How can the rest of the world not believe that this election was rigged if all communications have been cut off and all foreign press banned from reporting?
It seems that the determination of the protesters has taken Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei by surprise. Nobody knows what will be the outcome of this disputed election. By rigging elections, the Iranian regime will learn a hard lesson that vox populi-vox Dei (voice of people is voice of God). Ahmadinejad‘s regime is facing a true revolution. As the Amhara of Ethiopia say “Cactus is bitter only to him who tastes it.”
