When Vice-President Joe Biden speaks, he sometimes says things that he’s not supposed to say — even contradicting the White House. His comments suggesting that Americans should avoid air travel or confined spaces of any kind forced the White House to apologize. The swine flu is not good news for the Obama administration, sending a scary message to the people which can affect the economy.

The pork industry is already in trouble, and now the airlines industry is, too. Such a message will make things worse, especially when it comes from a US official. Unfortunately, the White House cannot control what comes from Joe Biden’s mouth. More scandalous words will come from his mouth in the future. Joe Biden doesn’t know the effects of his words on the people and the economy. As the Indians of South Africa say, “Do not use words that are too big for your mouth.”
