The U.S. accused Chinese ships of harassing and surrounding its Navy vessel in international waters. The Chinese crew even stripped to their underwear. It is funny and dangerous.

It seems that the Chinese have an habit of testing each new U.S. administration. I remember in 2001, when George W. Bush arrived in the White House, a U.S. Navy plane with 24 American crew members was forced to land in China after hitting a Chinese fighter jet, creating a crisis between both countries.

Honestly, the Chinese behavior is foolish. Looking for a confrontation against the strongest Navy in the world is suicidal. As the Baoule of Ivory Coast say, “Only a fool tests the depth of water with both feet.”
