The New York Post apologized to those who felt offended by the cartoon of the two cops shooting the chimpanzee. I don’t understand why the New York Post believes that there are some opportunistic people who are exploiting this situation. I honestly don’t believe that anyone has an interest to benefit from this regrettable incident.

We leave in a society where no man or woman can claim to be 100% pure. The melting pot is real. The color of skin doesn’t tell all the information about our genes. Nobody knows who is related to whom or how much “colored” or “white” genes he is carrying in him. The cartoonist of the New York Post doesn’t know who is related to him. How many people got surprised belonging to a certain group?

Racism is just wrong and immoral.

As the Yoruba of Nigeria say, “He who throws a stone in the market will hit his relative.”
