John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston were victims of an extortion plot just after the tragic death of their son Jett. Apparently, a Bahamian Senator and a paramedic were behind the plot. This is a kind of cruelty that it is difficult to comprehend. It is shameful to try to take advantage of a man who just lost a child. Unfortunately, as the Chitumbuka of Malawi say, “When a dead tree falls, the woodpeckers profit from his death.”
