Obama‘s staff has declined to respond to even basic questions about the internal review ordered by the president-elect into Illinois Governor Blagojevich‘s alleged efforts to sell Obama’s former Senate seat. The president-elect said that he will respond when the review is finished.

As usual, the media machine is speculating: who was in contact with the Governor, who knew what? Right now, no one wants to talk to the press, leaving the media in suspense. Sometimes silence adds gas to the fire. Why would the media tie Barack Obama to Rod Blagojevich? Should the media blame him for being silent?
