The Chinese want to buy the three big American automakers. Lately China has been very aggressive and ambitious in buying companies around the world. The United States of America has lost its influence and pride. China is one of the three countries with Saudi Arabia and Russia who are buying most of the US debt. This creates a big problem for a sovereign country like the United States. Some experts believe that if China and Taiwan reunite peacefully, together they will control more than 385 billion worth of US debt, meaning that American corporations and business could increasingly become targets of foreign acquisitions.
