The world economies are in trouble due to the effect of the American financial crisis. Due to the fever of the election in the Unites States, President Bush is in the news only to be blamed for the chaotic situation of the financial markets, for which he’s not entirely responsible.

During the election, a president with a good legacy supports the candidate of his party. Bush can’t support McCain because of his own bad legacy and McCain’s similar policies. His “support” would damage McCain’s chance to be elected.

Instead, President Bush has been transformed into a weather man for the economy. Lately, anytime he speaks about the financial crisis, Wall street plunges. When he doesn’t speak, the market worries less. America and the rest of the world can’t wait to see a change in the White House. As the pygmies of the equatorial forest of Congo say, “When the hunter’s dog starts chasing crickets, it is a sign that it has lost its strength.”
