It seems that the McCain/Palin campaign is caught in the middle of the storm. A storm that Sarah Palin started herself by calling her political opponent a terrorist.

After a week of feeding their supporters in every rally with a message of intolerance and negativity, the reactions of their own base vomiting hate is not something that should surprise anyone. Tonight, I was pleased to see John McCain standing in front of one of his supporters who was claiming that the Senator of Illinois is not American.

Racism is like a virus. A small dose can spread on a vast scale. This election is being watched all around the world, America is about to elect someone of color for President for the first time in history. At the same time, some of the McCain/Palin supporters are chanting “death to Obama.”

Watch for yourself.

A clean campaign is what the people want, real solutions to the issues. Unfortunately, as the Ashanti of Ghana say, “There is no medicine to cure hate.”
