Mr. President,
The infiltration of the Islamic networks into Western societies is a reality that you must take seriously. The American invasion in Iraq surely constitutes the greatest error since the engagement in Vietnam. There was no proof of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. This accusation caused a convergence of nationalist sentiment in the Muslim countries. This war launched against a Muslim country is a war against all Muslim countries. This is the feeling of all the Muslims I have met. Terrorism is constantly becoming more frequent and more intense. Yesterday, it was America, today, it is London, and tomorrow, whose turn is it?
Mr. President, too much arrogance leads to carelessness. It is imperative to cooperate with the other countries of the planet to dismantle these Al Qaeda sleeper cells that are capable of attacking during night or day. Suicide bombers are the absolute weapons of jihad. As the Tutsi of Rwanda say, “A man in hiding does not whistle.”
